04
Article 4 (Account and Login)
Creation of Account
① There is no separate member registration procedure for the Service. An account is created at the time a user first logs in with an Apple, Kakao, Naver, or Google account, at which time the user is deemed to have agreed to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy.
② Accounts are identified by the unit of the social account used for login. If the same person logs in with different social accounts, separate accounts will be created, and the social account used for login cannot be changed within the Service.
③ The nickname of the account is automatically generated by the Company upon registration, and members may directly modify their nicknames and optional items (gender and age group) in the profile settings. Members shall bear any disadvantages arising from failure to modify member information.
Eligibility for Use
④ Members must be at least 14 years of age. The Company confirms that members are at least 14 years of age through a confirmation box on the login screen, and may delete the account if it is confirmed that the member is under 14 years of age.
Maintenance of Login Status
⑤ The login status is maintained for a maximum of 14 days, and users must log in again after expiration. Logging out only releases the login status of the relevant device, while the account and posts remain intact.
Responsibility for Account Management
⑥ Accounts must be used solely by the account holder and cannot be lent or transferred to others. Users shall manage authentication means, such as the passwords of the social accounts used for login.
⑦ If a user discovers that their account has been stolen, they must immediately change the password of their social account and notify the inquiry channel. The Company shall not be liable for damages arising from a user's negligence in management.
05
Article 5 (Membership Withdrawal and Restriction of Use)
Withdrawal of Membership
① Members may withdraw from membership at any time on the Membership Withdrawal Page of the website, and if a withdrawal menu is provided in the app, they may also withdraw through the app. If logging in is difficult, you may request account deletion through the inquiry channel.
② The effects of withdrawal are as follows:
- 1. Account information (social login connection information, nickname, email, gender, age group) and all posts (cooking reviews and attached photos, personal recipe versions, favorites, cooking logs, recommendation reactions) are immediately and permanently deleted. There is no grace period or recovery procedure, and deleted contents cannot be restored.
- 2. Since the app and the website use the same account, regardless of which side you withdraw from, records on both sides are deleted together.
- 3. Accounts logged in via Kakao will also have their connection with Kakao disconnected upon withdrawal. Connections of other social accounts can be disconnected directly by the member in the settings of each platform.
- 4. Emails separately consented to for app launch notifications (pre-registration) are not deleted by withdrawal, and members may withdraw their consent to receive them through the inquiry channel.
- 5. Even if the login status issued before withdrawal remains on the device, the service cannot be used with a deleted account.
Restriction of Use
③ If a user engages in prohibited acts under Article 11 or violates relevant laws or these Terms and Conditions, the Company may restrict the use of the service or delete the account after notifying in advance. However, if other users or the service need to be protected urgently, action may be taken first and then notified.
④ Users may raise an objection to the restriction of use through the inquiry channel, and if the Company determines that the objection is justified, it shall immediately resume use.

Modification and Suspension of Services
③ The Service is in a beta stage, and features may be added, modified, or terminated. The Company shall notify users in advance of important changes such as feature termination or paid conversion in accordance with Article 3.
④ The Company may temporarily suspend all or a part of the Service in any of the following cases, and shall notify users in advance whenever possible or ex post facto if inevitable.
- 1. Inspection, replacement, or failure of servers and facilities, or communication interruption
- 2. Failures or policy changes of external services such as YouTube, Google Gemini, and social login providers
- 3. Acts of God, power outages, or other force majeure
⑤ When terminating the Service, the Company shall notify users up to 30 days prior to the termination date, and users may check and organize their posts during that period.
07
Article 7 (YouTube Recipe Conversion)
① The conversion feature of the website transmits the YouTube video link entered by the user to Google Gemini to automatically generate a converted recipe that organizes ingredients and cooking steps. The Company does not download or store videos or subtitle files, and only transmits the video address.
Videos Eligible for Conversion
② Users must request conversion only for videos that satisfy all of the following conditions:
- 1. YouTube videos that are public and allow external playback (embedding)
- 2. Videos with a length of 15 minutes or less
- 3. Videos containing cooking processes (videos that are not cooking processes, such as mukbang, reviews, vlogs, and advertisements, are excluded)
③ The Company checks the above conditions upon a conversion request and refuses the conversion of videos that do not meet the conditions, and even for already generated converted recipes, if it is revealed that they do not meet the conditions, the Company may make them private.
Usage Limits
④ Conversions may be requested up to 3 times per hour per access location (IP), and there is also a cap on the daily conversion volume for the entire service. When the limit is reached, new conversions are restricted until the following day, and already converted videos can be viewed regardless of the limit. The Company may adjust the limits according to operational circumstances, and the changed limits are displayed on the conversion screen.
Disclosure and Review of Conversion Results
Converted recipes are disclosed to all users
The results converted by one user are saved in the service and provided as-is to other users requesting the same video, and may be exposed on the public pages, channel lists, and search engine indexes of the website. Conversion results are not linked to the account of the requesting user, and who requested them is not displayed.
⑤ The display and review of converted recipes shall comply with each of the following:
- 1. The original video and channel shall be indicated as the source in the converted recipe, and a link moving to the original video shall be provided.
- 2. A preview notice is attached to converted recipes before review by the Company, and they are included in public lists and search engine indexes after review. The Company may make results that are inappropriate as cooking recipes or suspected of copyright infringement private during the review process.
- 3. If a rights holder of the original video or a third party requests the privatization of a converted recipe through the inquiry channel, the Company shall process it to be private without delay after verifying the facts.
User Compliance Requirements
⑥ Users must comply with the YouTube Terms of Service when using the conversion feature, and by requesting conversion, are deemed to have agreed to these Terms, the YouTube Terms of Service, and the Privacy Policy. Users must not repeatedly request conversions by automated means or bypass usage limits.
08
Article 8 (AI Features and Automatically Generated Information)
① Converted recipes, the app's AI cooking Q&A answers, subsequent cooking recommendations, and their explanations are automatically generated using Google Gemini. Automatically generated information is reference information to assist with cooking, and ingredients, quantities, cooking times, temperatures, and allergy information may be omitted or incorrect during the generation process.
② Users must directly verify information regarding quantities, cooking times, temperatures, allergen ingredients, and food safety through the original video and product labels, and must not make judgments based solely on automatically generated information.
③ Content entered or spoken in AI cooking questions is transmitted to Google Gemini to generate answers. Users must not enter personal information or sensitive information such as health conditions and allergies. The scope of transmitted information and whether it is retained shall be subject to Article 7 of the Privacy Policy.
④ AI answers are displayed on the screen and may be output audibly depending on settings, but they do not change the cooking progress state (steps and timers).
⑤ Since AI features depend on the usage limits of external services, responses may be delayed or temporarily unavailable.
09
Article 9 (User Posts)
Scope and Visibility of Posts
① Cooking reviews (star ratings, memos, next memos, photos), personal recipe versions (self-modifications with adjusted servings and ingredients), favorites, cooking logs, and recommendation reactions saved by members are displayed only to the members themselves. Currently, the service does not have a feature to make posts public or share them with other users, and if a public feature is introduced, this Article will be amended in accordance with Article 3.
Rights and License to Use Posts
② Copyright in posts belongs to the member who created them. Members grant the Company permission to store, display, and back up posts to the extent necessary for the Company to provide the service, and to use them to create the member's next cooking recommendations.
③ The Company does not use posts for advertising or promotion or provide them to other users, and if use beyond this scope is necessary, the Company shall obtain separate consent from the member.
Attaching Photos
④ Members may attach up to 10 photos per review to cooking reviews, in JPEG or PNG format, up to 10MB per photo. The Company removes photo metadata such as shooting location, device, and time prior to storage, and photos can be viewed only by the member.
Modification and Deletion of Posts
⑤ Favorites can be canceled at any time. Cooking reviews and personal recipe versions do not provide individual modification or deletion functions after storage, and members may request the deletion of specific posts through the inquiry channel or delete all posts at once by withdrawing membership pursuant to Article 5.
Responsibility for Posts
⑥ Responsibility for the content of posts rests with the member who wrote them. Members must not store content that infringes upon the rights of others, such as copyright or portrait rights, or that violates statutes, and the Company may delete or restrict access to such posts in accordance with statutes or legitimate requests from rights holders.
10

The company only posts and manages them for the purpose of providing the service and does not affect the rights of the original video rights holders, and indicates that they are automatically generated information on the service screen.
